Orders are processed twice a week on a Monday & Thursday, once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification via email with your tracking information

shipped using Parcel force euro economy which aims to deliver within 10 working days

shipped using parcel force global priority which aims to deliver within 5 working days

for shipments outside of the UK (this includes Europe) additional taxes or import charges may be applied to your parcel on entry to your country, any additional fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

if you refuse to accept these charges and your parcel is returned, any customs fees that may have been incurred will be deducted from the total of your refund.

customs charges vary depending on the destination country, generally the cost is approximately 20% of the order value, please check with your local government website or use an online calculator for a more accurate.

should you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please do so with 14 days of receiving your order
